Daily totals are sampled estimates. Calls, reading and meetings may appear idle. Gaps in reporting are excluded from totals.

From dashboard to laptop
- Prepare your server
Run Office Pulse in company mode with a private admin password. Use HTTPS for connections from company laptops.
- Confirm the recording settings
Recording runs 24 hours every day. Choose your time zone and idle threshold before collection begins.
- Download a device installer
Add the assigned employee, laptop and department. Download one .exe with its configuration already included.
- Install on the assigned laptop
Open the .exe in the employee's Windows session, read the monitoring notice, then click Pasang dan jalankan after acknowledgment. No separate JSON file is needed.
- Check the connection
The agent starts in the background and runs again after Windows login. Confirm that its reports appear before setting up the next laptop.
